✓ DMC is a biodegradable and environmentally friendly compound used as a solvent in LI-Ion batteries

✓ Carried out the feasibility analysis and did the material and energy balance on each piece of equipment

❖ Evaporation ponds and techniques to reduce its level:

✓ This project aimed to empty the evaporation pond of 8 acres of pH-1, having constituents of HCL, EDC, etc.

✓ Calculated the aided and unaided rates of evaporation, the time required etc.

✓ Selected the evaporator based on certain pros and cons
