I believe the best way to add value into organizations is by doing what you do best. My forte is financial analysis and strategy development. With a background of Sciences in O-levels, and exposure to the business side of the world - which a Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance granted me - I am able to approach problems holistically and come up with optimal solutions. Working on many projects - from Marketing to Computer Sciences to Corporate Finance - has inculcated in me strong analytical skills which allow me to recognize trends, extract valuable information, and implement them to make informed decisions. My time at this University has shaped me into an effective leader who headed the development of a business model of a digital insurance company with a team of five strong-headed individuals. I also headed various events for the Sports at LUMS society and was made director of the logistics and marketing departments - during my tenure as a Senior Representative. Leading my own start-up of selling perfumes online has given me insights on how to implements strategies, forecast budgets, and curate a business model that is agile enough to respond to market changes optimally. It taught me how to uncover data and use it to drive revenue, minimize cost, and ultimately maximize efficiency. All in all, my experience in multitude fields makes me a versatile individual equipped to handle any situation presented and I believe this makes me a good fit for the Financial Analyst role at GEO.
