I am an Engineering professional having more than 7 years of experience. Main responsibilities are to coordinate various allotted Projects. I also have hands-on experience on Ericsson IN Charging System 5.0, NSN IN Charging System, VAS Core Network entities and PS Core & their services. My professional responsibilities throughout my career involves maintaining the KPIs of Pre-paid charging & Value Added Services by providing O&M Support through fault-reporting and troubleshooting along with designing & implementation of O&M procedures to optimize the performance for maximum output, documentation of issues related to Pre-paid Charging and Value Added Services.
