Dear sir   The basic job description for this post is to take care of patients under the supervision of a Doctor or a Registered Nurse. Nurse Intern Resume states the following duties – evaluating and managing all practices of Nursing Act, providing healthcare to patients, learning job by assisting Registered Nurses and Doctors, giving treatment for basic wounds, or minor cuts, giving injections, monitoring and making note of vital signs of Patient like fever, BP and height/weight; preparing patient chart, assessing patient recovery, helping patient in bed, giving medicines to patients on time, handling discharges and educating the patient and the family if needed. The basic requirements for this role include – knowledge of software program that is commonly used in clinical practices, in-depth awareness of prevention and control of communicable diseases, and ability to perform small tasks like giving injections and prescribing generic medicines.
