I had an opportunity of being involved various projects like banks due-diligence, voluntary separation scheme, staff cost management, merger & integration projects, employee satisfaction surveys, development of reward schemes, performance management, HR operations, employee relations, recruitment & selection and compensation surveys. This exposure has provided me with an in-depth view and practical experience of key HR functions. Moreover, it has enriched me professionally and equipped me with the traits needed to deal with a variety of situations in an innovative, effective and efficient manner.
