My name is Rimsha Baheer. I have currently done my Mba with thesis from university of Engineering and Technology with reserach title "impact of dark triad of personality traits on turnover intention and mental health of employee through cyberbullying which is also under publication in impact factor journal . Apart from that I have done another reserach study on dark tetrad personality trait which is also under publication in impact factor journal. I am a efficient , ambitious researcher and making endeavors towards my life goals.
