My core responsibilities here are to supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations of electrical, field instrumentation and DCS such as VFDs, Weigh Feeders, Actuators, flow meters, ATLAS COPCO Compressor & Dryers, PID Controllers, Metal Detectors, Control Valves, Level Sensors, Pressure Transmitter, Pressure Switch, Flow Transmitter, Fire/Gas Detectors and Temperature Sensor. Installation/commissioning of Weigh Feeder(SCHENCK), Actuators, Kiln & Cooler Camera and Gas Analyzers. Worked on level switch, proximity switch, limit switch, speed sensor and displacement transducer. Familiar with logic design, Siemen's PLC/ ABB Infi Bailay DCS software and hardware platforms. Found a solution of rising water temperature of Probe of Gas inlet Analyzer by means of Radiator and practically performed it. Studied and observed functions & working process of Packing Plant, Cement MILL, ID FAN,Kiln, coal mill and all types of conveyors i.e Belt conveyor & Screw Conveyor.
