Description

My core responsibilities here are to supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations of electrical, field instrumentation and DCS such as VFDs, Weigh Feeders, Actuators, flow meters, ATLAS COPCO Compressor & Dryers, PID Controllers, Metal Detectors, Control Valves, Level Sensors, Pressure Transmitter, Pressure Switch, Flow Transmitter, Fire/Gas Detectors and Temperature Sensor.
Installation/commissioning of Weigh Feeder(SCHENCK), Actuators, Kiln & Cooler Camera and Gas Analyzers.
Worked on level switch, proximity switch, limit switch, speed sensor and displacement transducer. Familiar with logic design, Siemen’s PLC/ ABB Infi Bailay DCS software and hardware platforms.
Found a solution of rising water temperature of Probe of Gas inlet Analyzer by means of Radiator and practically performed it.
Studied and observed functions & working process of Packing Plant, Cement MILL, ID FAN,Kiln, coal mill and all types of conveyors i.e Belt conveyor & Screw Conveyor.
