Respected Sir/Madam, I started my career at Citibank and at present have 22 years of in-country banking experience of Finance Operations, customer services, Cash Operations, Digital Client Support , Cash Management and Consumer Operations, I am acquainted in banking systems, operational processes/policies, Sanctions screening, AML guidelines, and MIS designing. I persevere the sense of responsibility to improve productivity and make procedures simpler. Always had a burning desire to make a difference; this perpetual aspiration leads me to innovate. I have worked on various projects & assignments e.g. Process Centralization, Setup of “Cash and Cards Operations Unit” in Pakistan for Systems UAT, MIS report designing, Volume Analysis, Process restructuring & automation, preparation of SLA, Review of processes, cross functional flow charts, and have achieved various rewards & recognition during my services. I have also worked for an Airline in the beginning of my career for a year.
