RAJA MOHAMMAD FAISAL KIYANI

I have been working as a "Virtual Scribe" for a psychiatrist at HIITES Pvt Ltd. Behria (7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.) and my role is to get information from the patient through interview, type in a software and send note to doctor to review.  I also manages database of the patients through EMR and sending updates of workflow to Manager, working on feedback from the doctors and billing to insurance company. I am also working Maroof International Hospital as "Medical Transcriptionist" (09:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m.) managing medical reports including CT Scan, xray, ultrasound, mammography and coronary angiography reports.  I also creating new plans for Radiology Department, creating KPI, setting goals, launching On Job Training Program for communication skills at Radiology Department. I also exceeded expectation of manager in achieving targets, providing quick response to sudden absence of team member, building up good coordination and cooperation environment and supporting team for time management tasks.
