I have over 22 years of professional experience in Government and Social Sector organizations, with extensive expertise in planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring, and completion of Infrastructure, WASH/WATSAN, water supply, irrigation, agriculture/OFWM, and construction projects. My experience includes preparation of technical proposals, Project Management Plans, PC-I, detailed designs, drawings, cost estimates, BOQs, IPCs, billing, work-done statements, budget analysis, tender documents, and project completion reports. I have managed and monitored field activities to ensure implementation in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, project objectives, budgets, timelines, and organizational procedures. I have supported project planning by defining objectives, scope, deliverables, schedules, resources, budgets, and implementation strategies. I coordinate effectively with government departments, contractors, consultants, suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient resource utilization and timely completion of activities. I have served as CPI Coordinator, Field Engineer, Additional Charge of Directorate of Works, Representative of Director Works, and member of Steering, Procurement, and Project Committees at Abbottabad University of Science and Technology and other Government and Social Sector organizations.
