Assalam o Alaikum. Hope you are doing well. I am Omaima Saleem who holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology done from University of Central Punjab, Lahore. Doing job in LUMS has been my first ever priority, and the professional achievements has always motivated me to work hard and become a part of LUMS. It has been my inspiration for years. Along with my major and minor subjects, I also chose course of Psychology Research Thesis in my last semester. It was of great success that even I got much appreciations from my supervisor and other professors. Likewise, it was also called out as one of the best researches done when I presented it in the 1st International Psychology Conference held by Forman Christian College and University, Lahore. I got A grades in both quantitative and qualitative research method, and not just the grades but also gained much knowledge and skills to implement in my profession. Additionally, my supervisor also provided me a great knowledge of experimental research design on which my thesis was based. With the qualification of my supervisor, I did great in completing it successfully by fulfilling every ethical principles according to American Psychological Association (APA). Through this, I believe that the set of skills I have related to research and profession make me fit for the role of "Research Associate" in Case Research Center LUMS.
