 Conducting Tool box talks on daily basis.  Ensure that all the workers use the relevant PPE’s to their work.  Final inspection of the scaffold prior to initial occupation for use.  Ensure double lanyard full body safety harness worn by people properly.  Recording and display of safety reports and statistics.  Ensure the presence of fire extinguisher at hot work.  Prepared the Risk Assessment of whole project.  Prepared the lifting plan of crane before lifting the load.  Conducting Safety meetings.  Ensure that the route that needs to be taken is free from obstacles or hazards and has adequate lighting.  Ensured the working area must be barricaded and warning signage must be displayed.  All Equipment will be checked by client and tagged before utilization.  Supervision of housekeeping and environment clean-up activities.  Organizing of meetings for hazard identification, prevention and control.  Ensure that equipments are adequate for workers on site.  Report emergency situation on site (accident and incident).  Hearing protection (ear-plugs) will be used by relevant manpower.  A person must be trained for fire fighting in case of emergency fire fighting and his presence must be ensured at site all the time.  Establish emergency procedures and evacuation plans, assist in implementation.  Monitor Permit-to-Work and conduct training on PTW systems.

 Conduct random on-site safety inspections.  Conducting Safety meetings and Tool Box Talks.  Ensure effective compliances with PTW System.  Carrying out daily safety inspection, preparation of daily safety report.  Accident/Incident Investigation and record keeping.  Coordination with site team and other departments.  Conducting and preparing of Risk assessment for different jobs.  Respond to emergency procedure.  Ensure the presence of fire extinguishers at the place of hot work.  Inspection of equipment and ensure the tagged equipment should be used and present at the site.  Ensure that the lines should be properly flush by steam before starting the welding procedure.  Notice the proper insulation of pipes so that the oil in pipes could not freeze and lines should not stuck the oil passage.  Workers must wear proper PPE, i.e. Safety Helmets, Safety Shoes, Safety Gloves and Vest during the manual handling.  Ensured the working area must be barricaded and warning signage must be displayed.  Verified that all workers were properly outfitted with hardhats and safety vests.  Strict implementation of better housekeeping at site.
