Skills that I gathered during my training career are ability to prioritize own workload, good organizational capabilities, ability to plan ahead, set targets and manage performance against all type of circumstances, influencing and convincing skills, ability to communicate effectively, at all levels, both orally and in writing, consultative and approachable with the ability to develop positive working relationships, problem solving skills and working knowledge and experiences specially in counselling.
