Routine maintenance of machinery for maximum efficiency. Manage technicians as assigned to accomplish engineering department tasks. Develop monitoring systems which will evaluate the health of facility maintenance. Coordinate all preventative maintenance systems through in plant labor and outside services. Drive cost-savings projects and other projects as assigned to accomplish company strategies. Check the breakdown time of each machine and discuss with them to enhance the productivity of the line responsible for shift performance. Ensuring all requirements of AIBI, GMP's and Food safety and HSE disciplines. Capable of any type of troubleshooting during the filling operation and can change all inspection parameters to reduce the rejection rate. Routine facility maintenance duties including plant electrical infrastructure, chilled water systems, HVAC and air exchange systems, facility structural maintenance compressed air systems and water farm systems. Perform technician tasks as needed to ensure ongoing positive operation of the facility, including: maintain product water and mineral injection systems, filtration, CIP tasks, ozone, filler sanitation, batching support and the like.
