Major Responsibilities include;
To ensures that direct area sales team achieves assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for all brands and lead a team of TSMs, OSS and Exchanges and all direct channels inducted from time to time.
Establishing Campaigns in different universities in Quetta
Creating reports on each work done
Informing & presenting the new & old products of the company to the existing and new customers
Achieving targets issued by the organization
Marketing the products of the company
Visit clients to demonstrate use of products, show samples and take orders
Arrange a schedule of visits to major potential buyers by contacting people and making appointments
Establish customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve providing technical descriptions of products and how they may be used
Prepare contracts and record orders
Carry out formal presentations of products using videos and other training aids, attend promotional markets and organize product displays
Work on telemarketing campaigns
Plan and work towards meeting sales targets
To ensures implementation of sales planning, and also to focus on making OSS, Exchanges, ufone franchise selling our brands.
To ensures that all points of sale within area are well managed according to Trade Marketing strategy and ensuring agreed service level & productivity.
Ensuring that all direct channels managers and their staff is well trained and monitored to deliver assigned jobs efficiently.
Market penetration through Regional Distributer and Third Party network for wire line sales as well as wire less, and retail development for all product range.
Good work relationship and coordination with business operation teams (BMs and ABMs) for in time installation and fault rectification.
