I am PhD, an experienced academic, researcher, trainer, and education and development professional with expertise in research and development, higher education, business and management, entrepreneurship, institutional development, capacity building, and professional training. He has extensive experience in academic leadership, research supervision, curriculum and program development, consultancy, training delivery, and coordination of development-oriented projects, including engagement with international and donor-supported initiatives. His professional goal is to contribute to organizations that value academic excellence, evidence-based research, institutional strengthening, innovation, and human capital development. Research Experience Prof. Dr. Nadeem Malik, PhD, has extensive experience in academic and applied research, research supervision, project development, and evidence-based policy and institutional development. His research experience covers business and management, entrepreneurship, education, institutional development, human capital development, capacity building, and socio-economic development. He has undertaken and contributed to research projects involving qualitative and quantitative research methods, data collection and analysis, literature reviews, research design, field studies, report writing, and dissemination of research findings.
