I am a young, energetic pediatrician. I have done specialized training in Pediatrics and passed specialty examination in Pediatrics (College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan, and Royal college of Physicians Ireland). I have worked in various tertiary healthcare centres with state of the art facilities and training centre for medical students, interns, and residents. I have well-established experience in teaching and educating them. I have interest in healthcare management and health policy and successfully completed MBA from University of East London and currently enrolled in Masters in public health at University of Suffolk, UK. Being a pediatrician and clinician, I have special training in the management of Fluid & Electrolyte Imbalance in the case of Gastroenteritis, Diabetic Ketoacidosis, Acute & Chronic Renal Failure, Pneumonia and metabolic disorders. I can manage all pediatric emergencies & diseases like Status asthmaticus, Status Epilepticus, Shock, Pyomeningitis Poisonings, Pneumothorax, Pulmonary and extra pulmonary Koch, Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and its complications, Tetrology of Fallot, Supraventricular Tachycardia, Acute Liver failure, Acid-Base Imbalance. I can manage chronic diseases like Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation, Malnutrition, Measles, Tuberculosis and other childhood infections. I can perform all of the procedures related to the field, like Lumbar Puncture, Pleural Tap, Peritoneal Tap, Intraosseous Cannulation, Peritoneal Dialysis, Hemodialysis. I can perform neonatal procedures like Arterial and Venous cannulation, Exchange Transfusions, Umbilical vessel catheterization, CPR & Resuscitations, management of ventilated neonates & TPN. I have performed Central line Insertion, Bone marrow biopsy & aspiration, Liver biopsy; Pericardial tap, Ventricular tap and Subdural tap under supervision of specialized consultants. Besides clinical experties, I have knowledge of public health problems, epidemiology, health promotion and economics. Being a graduate of MBA program, I have deep insight into business, strategy, management and HRM.
