My work drive started as a Phone Banker at UBL Contact Center, there I max out my capabilities, earned customer handling skills and get promoted as an Assistant. Manager Training and Recruitment within the Contact Center, It was my second inning to get the profound understanding of Recruitment processes, developing and delivering of Training programs.
With the same passion, had great experience of Trainer banking under BBSYDP Program, and now building up my experience in Advans Pakistan Micro-finance Bank subsidiary of (Horus Development Finance) as Associate Manager Training
My potency falls in the flair of confidence, quest of knowledge with the influence of liveliness, as I am a person who looks for better opportunity and produce the best of my work results.
