About

·        Maintain and update Business Continuity Policy and Plans in line with regulator’s requirement.   ·        Conduct mock drills, and inspection in branch testing and department testing.   ·        Submit discrepancies in drills, reviews and recommendations to BCP Steering committee.   ·        Participate in revision of RCSAs, an annual exercise.   ·        Participate in KRIs monitoring and reporting to risk committees.   ·        Collect loss event reports submitted by various business and support units of the Bank and accumulating the same in the loss event database.   ·        Reviewing loss events reported by the heads of business and support units and the branches, conducting root cause analysis of loss events and suggests mitigating controls.   ·        Develop and train BCP Teams and BCP Managers.   ·        Liaise with BCP Managers, BCP Coordinators and Regional Operation Manager to maintain bank-wide preparedness standards.   ·        Revision and Update of Business Continuity Plan.   ·        Business Impact Analysis and checklist activities for branches and divisions.   ·        Establishment or update of BCP sites as per required resources.   ·        Training of new hires and BCP Managers.   ·        Review the outsourcing agreements in line with SBP regulations SBL framework.   ·        Provide mandatory  reporting on Green Banking activities to SBP.   ·        Analyzing the operating cost of the project  for the implementation of own impact reduction and its benefits after the project deployment.   ·        Perform Environmental Risk Rating (ERR).   ·        Prepare Environmental  checklist and Sector Specific Guidelines.
