·        Currently playing a pivotal role in “Process & Management” as “Manager Chemical” at Water Treatment Plant, Waste Water Treatment Plant & Power Plants (Coal + Biomass Power Plant, Gas & Diesel Engines, HVAC Chillers & Utility Boilers) Sapphire Finishing Mills Limited, Raiwind Manga Road Lahore. In this capacity, I am involved in reviewing & managing the existing water treatment plants, which includes (2 RO Plants at WTP #1 and 2 RO Plants with EDI Units in WTP #2) and also involved in managing Waste Water Treatment Plant which includes (Biological SBR Operation & Maintenance). Also engaged with Fuel (Coal, Biomass & Oil) Analysis, Boiler Chemistry, Chillers, Cooling Water Chemistry, Waste Water Chemistry and Environment Monitoring. Managing & arranging the Chemicals & Instruments for Plant & Laboratories. In addition, I was involved in commissioning of New Water Treatment Plant. Established new Water, Steam & Fuel Laboratories. Headed the New Waste Water Treatment Plant Project as Project Manager. Managed Compliance audits of certifications for customers i.e. Levi’s Co, Bestseller, Jack & Jones, Decathlon etc. Sustainability Analysis with KPI data of water, energy, GHG, carbon footprint & solid waste. Managing staff of “WTP & WWTP Teams” as Manager of the section.   ·       Played a significant role in “Process & Management” as “Assistant Manager Power Plant” at 58 MW Power Plants (28 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant, 12 MW HFO/Diesel Engines & 18 MW Coal Fired Cogeneration Power Plant), CPBM, 62 Km Multan Road N-5. In this capacity, I was involved erection & commissioning of Water, Steam & Fuel side. I was also involved in reviewing the existing processes related to Water Treatment (Water Treatment Plants consisting of 4 RO Plants (2 at each Plant) & EDI Units, Similarly polishing the condensate return by passing it through Mixed Bed Polishers), Fuel (Coal & Oil) Analysis, Boiler Chemistry, Cooling Water Chemistry, Waste Water , Environment Monitoring. Managing & arranging the Chemicals & Instruments for Plant & Laboratory. Managing staff of “Chemical Team” as Manager of the Section. ·       Was involved in “Management” at Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant & Coal Fired Boilers (CFBs), Bestway Cement, Chakwal as “Assistant Manager Chemical”. In this capacity, I was involved in reviewing and reviving the existing processes related to Water Treatment (Water Treatment Plant Consists of RO # 1 & RO # 2), Coal Analysis, Boiler Chemistry, cooling water chemistry and arranging the Chemicals and Instruments for Plant & Laboratory. Also implementing HSE at site.   ·       Played a pivotal role in “Process & Management” as “Plant Chemist & HSE Manager” at Power Plant, BSPPL, Kasur. In this capacity, I was involved in reviewing and reviving the existing processes related to Water Treatment (Water Treatment Plant Consists of Two Demineralization Trains in Demineralization Plant), Fuel Analysis, Boiler Chemistry, Cooling Tower Chemistry, Waste Water, Environment Monitoring, Monthly Reports and managing and arranging Chemicals and Instruments for Plant & Laboratory. I was the “Training Executive” of the Power Plant ensuring on job trainings of the staff. As “HSE Manager” of the Power Plant ensured the implementation of “ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 standards”. I was also the Team Leader of the Power House of “5S System”. Managed the staff of “Chemical Team” as the Head of Section.   ·        Played a paramount role in the process of overall “Change” in Operational Culture as “Chemical Engineer” in Faisalabad Edible Oil Refinery, Karachi. In this capacity, I was actively involved in “Continuous Process Improvement” at RO Plant and Overall HSE. Major breakthroughs included proper Health Safety & Environment (HSE) implementation following “ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 22000:2005 standards” and involved in erection/commissioning of new “Reverse Osmosis Plant”.   ·        As a member of ID-Water Technologist team as “Chemical Engineer”, was involved in learning of process of water treatment, fuel analysis, steam water cycle and environment monitoring at 1015 MW Combined Cycle Power Plants Thermal Power Station Guddu.
