Muhammad Umair Bin Naim

This is umair, i am in mid 30s. I am currently working as Head of CS and Operations in a renewable energy firm. i have extensive experience of customer services, Customer experience and call center operations of more than 15years. I did by graduation in accounts and also did a 3 years diploma in software engineering. i won many awards in customer care department when i was in Jazz Mobilink and also lead different projects.
