For the last Twenty Eight  years I have been employed by different organization , where I have been in charge of all operational practices for stores in my area, making sure each runs smoothly, cleanly, and complies with all set marketing and sales campaigns. In the company, I have built up a reputation for ensuring that trends of underperformance are formally addressed through clear and documented performance improvement plans. In addition to this i am also committed to ensuring staff training needs are identified, responded to and that learning is promoted. As my attached Resume shows, I have a proven track record of driving through key field operation metrics, coupled with successful and consistent organizational development. In addition to this I have a visual merchandising eye for current trends, inspiration and creativity.
