While working as a customer focused employee, you must always put customers’ needs first. Whatever they need, you must deliver in a better way. As a showroom incharge at varioline intercool I had to increase customer satisfaction by giving good customer services. During my first month at varioline I realized that most of the items on floor were old or not presentable therefore walk in customers were not satisfied and the sale ratio was very low.
As a responsible employee I had to conduct a market research, determining which company sell the products in most appropriate manner and getting more profit then our company. I gathered a lot of data and created a brief presentation of the data. I discovered that our products were not replaced for more than 06 months. Furthermore, items condition was very bad therefore every customer was complaining and we were fail to grab new customers.
I wanted to incorporate some new strategies in the floor to increase customer satisfaction and sales ratio. Initially, my Boss was reluctant to these ideas, since the previous system gave average results for years. However, I convinced him with evidence and facts that having new and presentable items will help to increase our current customer and excellent sales target. I outlined my plan and persuaded him to let me do this. Moreover, I strongly believe that trust, devotion, and integrity are vital for every successful business relationship. Finally, we saw the impact of our changes right away. We noticed (approx. 30%) increased sales ratio over the previous month. Fortunately, it was a success.”
My work experience at Metro Group and Global Star, I effectively managed broad areas of the customer services and marketing process from building and maintaining key accounts to product promotions. With a background of Field Sales, Coordination with sales team and customer service, I bring an ability to view situations from multiple perspectives and to maximize opportunities. Additionally, I work very closely with the sales and marketing team to design effective strategies and implement them efficiently while helping my company consistently hit target goals.

During my time at Varioline, the company provided Food (Mess) facility to their employees but food quality was not good and showroom staff was getting old menu list for many years. Therefore, majority of the employees were facing difficulties due to poor showroom mess management facility. Most of employees were going outside for their lunch and it was wastage of time. Being a showroom incharge with petty cash in my hand, I had the right to manage food (Mess) facility for my team. So I searched the market for better food and found 03 providers. Chosen the best and it bring out massive changes in my showroom and no one needed to go out for lunch.
