  Dear HR Manager, I am writing to apply for a job/internship at ARY News. An MPhil in IR from the Quaid-i-Azam University, I have worked as an Internee in the Senate of Pakistan. Currently, I am working with Momentum Ventures, an Islamabad-based consulting firm, as a research associate. Recently, I have just completed research on water and sanitation in Balochistan. It included a joint sector review of WASH in Balochistan along with capacity assessment mapping and analysis. I led the work on updating the province’s WASH sector’s development plan along with the sanitation and strategy policy.  This provided me with a deep understanding of WASH issues.   Currently, under the guidance of experts, I have conducted background research on SDGs 2, 3, 4, and 7 for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.  As an intern in Senate, I have worked with the Standing Committee on Parliamentary Affairs as a research assistant. This gave me an insight into the parliamentary government of Pakistan. I believe any opportunity in ARY News will help me further to hone my skills as a researcher.
