The Sardar Group of Companies
Serving the Sardar Group for 5 years that includes Pak Gulf Construction, The Centaurus, Taj Residencia and Several other sister companies. I am part of a centralized team that manages Human Resources of the whole group. · Responsible for running payroll cycle with the help of Attendance Management System, and Human Capital Management modules of ERP.
· Creating detailed and elaborative HR reports related to daily progress, head count, direct and indirect resource cost, man-hours, turnover, growth, medical expenditure using Excel and PowerPoint.
Designing, reviewing and implementing policies and SOPs. Acting as a consultant to the staff regarding policies and procedures.
