I am Ph.D. in Genetics, I have got considerable experience in the field of Molecular genetics and plant breeding while working in top institutes. I have more than 2 years of working experience in the morphological characterization of Brassica, Rice, Pea, wheat, potato, etc. During my work, I was involved in seeding, spraying, harvesting, roguing, data collection, entry, and analysis of said crops.  I am also trained in DNA/RNA extraction, Protein extraction, PCR, GWAS, SNPs, next-generation sequencing (NGS) library (e.g. amplicon-seq and GBS) preparation/QC for Illumina sequencing to support high-throughput genotyping, analysis of phenotypic and genotypic data.
