As an IT professional, my key responsibilities are to provide technical support, ensure smooth functioning of computer systems and networks by conducting ITIL Standards with data-driven approach. My responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, installing software’s and hardware’s, monitoring systems performance, maintaining documentations and SLA of IT. I also collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and resolve complex issues.
