The skills that I possess are leadership skills (final year group leader), motivation to move forward and also motivate others to be better than what you are. I believe in a concept of continual improvement, each day should be better than the previous one. Each company is looking for a target oriented person I like to fulfill targets but what’s the fun in following in achieving anything if you haven’t learn anything in the process, I like to find new and cost effective ways of achieving goals in engineering term it is optimization. The best thing in this company is the coordination amongst staff and each staff acts as a pillar which helps the company the company to achieve its goals in the shortest time. Innovation and creativity is the word that meant enjoyment to me because I worked to find creative and innovative solution in my project that I really enjoyed.
