Pharmaceutical, Retail, IT Consultancy, Logistics etc. Qualified IT Professional with Masters in Computer Science Degree
and appearing in CHRP – CIPD's Level 3 Foundation. Proven ability to function as a Strategic HR Business Partner and
develop and implement successful human resources management strategies to support corporate mandate. Understand and
worked on TQM and EFQM Principles for People.

implemented a sophisticated Motivation & Retention Policy and Managed Project of Oracle HRMS and Payroll.
Worked as a Team Leader Development with MB Holding Company (MB Group) in Oman, along with managing 20+
business applications, I also held additional responsibility for employee benefits & appraisals. I was member of the
Employee Contingency Plan committee. I contributed to the development of HR strategies for various locations (Oman,
KSA, Qatar, USA, India & China).
As Deputy Manager MIS with United Refrigeration Industries Pakistan, I managed 15+ business applications involving 4
servers and 1400+ users. I managed the development of an HRMS with latest features and new technology.
