I have earned my Bachelor of Science degree in industrial Engineer and I have one year of experience working as a Production Engineer. I have experience conducting audits and inspections to look for safety violations and anything else that could pose a health hazard for the employees or for visitors. If problems are found, I have the skills to determine how serious they are and I can recommend solutions to take care of them right away. I also have the skills and experience needed to create new policies and procedures that will help to make the work environment a safer place and can manage your system. Once implemented, I have the ability to conduct follow-up inspections to ensure everyone is following the safety rules. I have the skills to conduct training sessions to teach employees how to recognize problems and how to take steps to avoid accidents. I also have experience in computer skills and many soft skills. I have the skills to prepare monthly reports and make presentations. I also have extensive knowledge of all the state, federal and local laws that pertain to the health and safety of employees.
