Support in managing IT infrastructure.
Support in managing office network and keep it operational.
Install and configure Operating Systems, Applications etc.
Provide support to global users in their IT related issues.
Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose/solve hardware/software faults;
Replace hardware parts in systems, as and when needed.
Maintain office equipment e.g. Photocopier, Printers, Projectors
Support in maintaining network switches and keep them operational
