HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ROLE:
Assess client needs and prepare conceptual design studies, including
flow sheet development, equipment sizing, layout requirements, and
capital and operating cost projections.
Responsible for design of Reverse Osmosis and Ultra Filtration Plant as
per water analysis report.
Responsible for design of Activated sludge, MBBR, SBR, MBR,
technologies in Waste water treatments.
Coordinate with draftsman for the preparation of PFD, P&ID, Equipment
& Piping Layout drawings, Isometric drawings and civil work drawings as
per site condition
Forward inquiries to suppliers, negotiate technically & commercially and
release orders.
Design treatment facilities, pumping stations, reservoirs, and distribution
and collection systems, and confirm designs using modeling techniques.
Perform Process engineering calculations such as equipment sizing, line
Sizing, blowers, compressors & pumps hydraulic calculations.
Prepare engineering reports, drawings, and specifications for water and
wastewater projects.
Assist Project Manager in Installation, Commissioning and start up
activities of water and waste water treatment plants
Conduct site visits, meet with clients throughout project’s different stages
and perform inspection of supplied equipment.
