Strategic Planning: Establishing corporate goals, short and long term budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals. Branch/Department Administration: Handling/setting up of office department & shifting to a new location. Monitoring and keeping inventory for Stationary / Provisions / Office supplies. Managing vendors and keeping track of cycle of all maintenance contracts and AMCs. Keeping records of Visiting Cards, Utility Payments, Printing of Stationary. Coordinating with Travel Agencies for Airlines & Railway bookings, Hotel bookings & Car arrangements for employees & guest.

Sales & Marketing: Initiating and developing relationships with target organizations for business development. Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share.
