Worked as an intern in Quality Control Lab under the department of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) of Attock Refinery Limited. • Gained practical experience with oil, petroleum and diesel testing and performed quality control analyses of refinery products. • In Environmental Laboratory, wastewater analysis and water purification was conducted along with BOD (biochemical oxygen demand) and COD (chemical oxygen demand) tests. • Carried out Analytical Laboratory analyses by operating advanced instruments such as, Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS) for identification and quantification of metal elements present in a sample and Gas Chromatography (GC) for separation and purification of petroleum products. • Applied standard operating procedures (SOPs) and laboratory safety protocols. Acquired practical exposure to industrial analytical chemistry and environmental monitoring.
