I have a formal education in business administration along with specialization in Human Resource management. I bore overall ten years of working experience in different industries including IT, Education, Oil and Gas, Engineering and construction.  My aim is to work in a pragmatic way in an organization where I can show my talent and enhance my skills to meet company goals and objectives with full integrity and zest by playing role in organizational as well as individual development. To enhance my working capacities, and business efficiencies by serving my organization in the best possible way with determination & commitment . My core strengths are team building, team player, conflict resolution, employee counseling, have eager to learn and committed towards my job. Achievements: Successfully transfer bulk data of 9000 employees from systems (HRMS to ERP) with fruitful coordination with international and local IT team to save cost annually on pre-employment medicals repeatation and to safe time Successfully introduced counselling forms and reporting method to ensure optimum level of employee satisfaction in order to avoid turn overs.
