Development and implementation of majors and routine maintenance plans(using SAP) regarding preventive maintenance, schedule inspection and overhauling on engine plant manufacturing.  Lead Electrical and Mechanical team during Corrective Maintenance of Machining Centers (Kira, Toyo & Sakurai). Managing contract work  Making Analysis of MTBF and MTTR to reduce break down.  Responsible for preparing and monitoring of annual maintenance budgets in conjunction with the manager.  Responsible for managing the optimum level of spares to meet the maintenance plans and emergency with minimum inventory cost.  ISO 31000 and ISO 9001:2015 certified.
