KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTS  Develop new products of Industrial coatings for a wide variety of applications using solvent borne technology for OEM customers & related Vendors industry (HACPL, IMC,YAMAHA,SUZUKI etc).  Develop new products of Industrial Use /OEM coatings for a wide variety of applications using solvent borne technology for Customers.  Development of Pretreatment related products i.e Phosphating, surface conditioning & degreasing. 2 LOCALIZATION OF IU & AR PRODUCTS  Localize products, which are already in the range of Nippon Group using same or alternate raw materials to get these products included in NPPK’s Industrial &OEM list. This enables to capture a good market share in this division. TESTING OF IU & AR FINISHED PRODUCTS  Supervise the detail testing like cross hatch, gloss test, evaluation for any defects etc. on regular batches of IU & OEM finish products other than normal routine testing of QC lab to ensure Quality before dispatching to the customers. SAP CODE GENERATION OF RAW MATERIAL, SEMI FINISH PRODUCT AND FINISH PRODUCTS (IU & AR)  Get the codes generated for all raw materials, finished products, and semi finish products from NPM to enter all required information in SAP system of Technical Department. MASTER RECIPE CREATION IN SAP  Approve the master recipe of IU & OEM products in SAP system and send for costing. This enables production to generate batch cards of products required against sales order. 5S ACTIVITIES IN TECHNICAL DEPARMENT  Perform and support all activities related to 5S like sorting, cleaning standardize etc. to implement and maintain 5S in all zones of Technical Department. TECHNICAL VISITS  Conduct technical visits related to Industrial & OEM customers (HACPL, United Motors, Honda Atlas Bike,Regal Motors,MG Motors,Sazgar ,Pak star,M.hafeez Industries & other GI and Chinese Industries) for technical discussion, for trials of different products, complaint handling and providing technical services to customers. TESTING OF RAW MATERIALS  Supervise testing of new, alternate and existing raw materials as and when required by using them in standard products to aid in cost cutting and development of new products.
