My broad scope of responsibilities included:
● Provide psychotherapy to individuals and groups.
● Deal with children, adolescents and adults.
● Consult with primary care physicians and other medical specialists, parents, and
school staff regarding comprehensive care goals and expectations for individual
patients.
● Perform psychological assessments, including IQ, Personality, ADHD, LD, Stress,
Depression, Cognitive Assessment battery and according to the need of the case.
● I use indigenous tools for the assessments.

My broad scope of responsibilities included:
● My responsibilities were to take a detailed history from the client’s parents/ guardians,
attendants and the client.
● I was responsible to take the histories of patients and perform their treatment according to
their symptoms. Assessment tools were applied according to the needs.
● I was responsible to see and provide psychotherapy to both the patients in wards and
visiting outdoors.

March 2019- June 2019, -Placement- Rising sun
My broad scope of responsibilities included:
● My responsibilities were to take a detailed history from the client’s parents, teacher and
the client.
● 5 clients were assigned to the trainee clinical psychologist.
● Their behavioral assessment, management and IEP’s were the responsibility of trainee
clinical psychologists.
● Behavioral Analysis and Developmental therapy were provided to them to improve
their early readiness skills, behaviors and mental age.
● Parents were psycho educated about their children’s problems and were told how to
handle them when they show undesirable behaviors.
Feb 2018 – August 2019, – Impact -The psyche consultants
My broad scope of responsibilities included:
● My major focus was on autistic clients, clients with different learning disabilities.
● Taking counselling sessions of adults, adolescents and school-going children.
● My responsibilities are dealing with clients with behavioral issues and teaching them self-
help skills. Applying suitable therapies on them according to their behaviors.
● Creating different strategies and tactics for clients with different learning disabilities. Just to
make their learning process easy and effective for them.
● Making IEPs (Individual Education Program) of every assigned client.
● Conducting Assessment after every 3rd month. Making assessment reports of every
conducted assessment.
Feb 2017 – May 31 Senior Officer-Subject Specialist, – ALPHA School (A
project of The City School network)
My broad scope of responsibilities included:
● Assisted in the launch of ALPHA in March 2017. My main tasks for the
launch consisted of the selection and sorting of materials required for the
English and Urdu workshops, in addition to assisting the English and Urdu
instructors in their workshop planning from the development to the execution
stage.
● Work towards the development of pupils’ individual and collaborative skills,
necessary for them to become increasingly independent in their work
● Assisting in the curriculum development of different Subjects. Completing parent and
student counselling.
● Devising worksheets and class activities for the classroom for the different Subjects
Preparing material for presentations.
● Grading tests and conducting progress reports. Assisting the EYFS Specialist in
developing the EYFS curriculum and its accompanying classroom resources.
● Recordkeeping student activities by-laws and school policies.
● This work was related to psychology because we had to make lesson
plan and activities according to their mental and physical age.

My broad scope of responsibilities included:
● Performed computerized work as needed like keeping an updated list of database notes.
● Responsible to be familiar with patients and serve as the attending’ principal

therapeutic planning, procedures, writing orders, and interactions
