Provides L1 and L2 Network support & consultancy.

Feedback important client information to Client Technical Support Team.

Diagnose and resolve technical network issues involving Data and internet connectivity

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving faults.

Monitoring of Multi Router Traffic Grapher (MRTG) & NMS.
