Assalamualaikum, ‎ ‎My name is Mahad Ullah, and I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate (batch of 2026). I have practical experience in mechanical design and manufacturing, with proficiency in SolidWorks, ANSYS, Solid Edge, SolidCAM and AutoCAD. My manufacturing background includes working with CNC milling machines and lathe machines.Also currently working at KIA MOTORS METROPOLIS as a service advisor and management trainee officer. ‎ ‎In addition, I have developed strong management and leadership skills through academic, project-based activities and at KIA MOTORS METROPOLIS. I adapt quickly to new environments, work effectively in teams, and am always eager to learn and develop new skills. ‎ ‎

Worked on designing mechanical parts and assemblies in SOLIDWORKS based on project requirements. After completing the designs, I performed quality checks (QC) to ensure all dimensions and specifications were correct. I then used SolidCAM to generate CNC machining G-code, followed by setting up and operating a CNC milling machine to manufacture the parts. Throughout the process, I ensured product quality and accuracy while working closely with the team. This role helped me develop strong skills in CAD/CAM, CNC machining, quality control, problem-solving, time management, teamwork, and leadership.
