A prolific educator, lecturer, motivational speaker, IELTS Trainer and counselor, Khj.Nouman Usman has trained thousands of students and professionals on Leadership, Management, Career, and Personality Development in various universities, colleges and schools.
He was the first one to introduce Psychology and Brain Storm Session project in schools of Karachi. Through these sessions, he has helped children realize their goals.
He was representative of IDEAS ’06, ’14 and 2016.
He also participated in Pakistan Expo ’06, ’07, 08’ and World Expo China-Shanghai as Representative and Strategic Management Head.
He earned his prestigious awards including Asia Young Leader Award, Army Publishers Award from four countries – Australia, England, Malaysia and Middle East for displaying high-level of professionalism during IDEAS-2006
He was acknowledged with an award by The City District Government Karachi for his exceptional presentation of development projects in front of 46 countries delegates.
He was also honored with Best IELTS Instructor Award in the year 2015-16 for his teaching skills
