1. Worked and having hands-on experience as successfully delivered more than 858.447 MW Renewable Projects in total since 2009 to continue as working on different projects in Middle East, West / East Africa and Pakistan overall 1.24GW (1200MW) Renewable Energy EPC and PPA-BOT Solar & Wind Projects, as well as experienced in EV-Stations (Electric Vehicles Power Stations) Manufacturing and Establishing Business.
2. Having extensive working experience in Renewable Energy – Solar PV Projects PPAs and PPPs, PWPS (Power & Water Plants) Including hydropower, natural-gas-fired generators, renewable energy including solar, wind, landfill gas and geothermal power,) investment funds, investment advisory, with an established reputation and network in energy and water sectors, preferably in the Africa, Asia and Middle East.
3. Hand-on Experienced with (DFIs) Developed Financial Institutions, World Bank and SBP State Bank for Financial Leasing and Investments for PPA-BOT / EPA Leased Financials for Renewable Energy Projects.
4. Hand-on experience on Project Financing Risk Management & Mitigation Strategies, Dealing with “sovereign ceilings”, financing instruments & guarantee products for bankable, refinancing of Project(s) Financing.
5. Hand-on experience in Power Grid Infrastructure Design & Development and Project(s) Modelling functions and simulations to the development of energy systems, in it included optimal power generation with mix technology flexibility.
6. Experienced in Micro-Grid Design & Operation, Control & Protection with Renewable Energy Integration with mix-technical models.

7. Hands-on experienced in SPVRT Rooftops, Mini/Micro Smart Grid Power Plants “Utility Scale Projects” & EMS for Telco Industry as well as experienced in Grid-Connected Photovoltaic (GCPV) Systems Design & Connectivity as well Specialized in ComAp and Deep Sea DSE8610, P100 and M870 for PV-DG Hybrid Power Plant(s).

8. Experienced in BigQuery GIS (Geographic Information Systems), SoilGrids, ArcGIS 3D and other Soft and Drive Tools as a Garmin.etc .

9. Hands-on experienced in EPP, REIPP (PPA-FIT: On-Grid PV Farms) Power Generation & Utilizations with scope, budget and according to the trend as well as experienced in PV-DG & Wind-DG Hybrid Controlled Microgrids Power Plants.
10. Hand-on experience to lead & coordinate negotiation of transactions of Joint Venture, Joint Development Agreements and Shareholders Agreements … etc.) as having hands-on experience on developing JV agreements as demonstrated the competency on multi-functional scope with (Financial, Technical & Legal etc.) terms and with JV scope I worked and being working with International Power & Renewable Energy Developers (IPPs) as successfully delivered Multi-Million (USD) Projects across the GCC, Asia and African Continent.
11. Experienced on Financial Models as well as hands-on experienced in Solar Power PV Projects Financial Management up to 843 MW as well as experienced on investment Memorandum with supporting material to present decision-making authorities.
12. Experience in Wind Integrated Solar Energy (WiSE) including hybrid Power Project Development and Management (GE & Eno Energy).

13. Hands-on experienced in Solar PV Project Development & Management (PV-Wind, PV-DG, PV Rooftop and PV On-Grid Power Plants).

14. Experienced in EPC Project Management: Designing “Engineering” according to the environmental aspects, System Selection & Procurement, Project Risk Management, Interface Management, Project Planning, Task Sequencing & Manpower Management, Fleet & Logistics Management, Implementation & Construction Phase Management and Labor Protection “Health & Safety”,

15. Able to Develop Business at International Level by using International cooperative PRs as well as Well associated with well-worth financial Power & Renewable Energy Organizations (IPPs – Independent Power Producers) and able to get JV Partnership “with the scope of Investment” to grow-up Company’s at international level.

16. Experienced in energy efficiency and demand-side management, carbon capture and storage (CCS).

17. Investors and Technology driven organizations “JV Mode” as well as able to operate & manage the Productions accordingly.
