Follow up from Sourcing, Product Development , Buying, Order Placement, Merchandising, Production, Quality Assurance , Inspection Shipment & till All Post Shipment  including Export /Documentation matters etc..

Directly Handle Suppliers  by visiting Them & to review Production & strongly Monitor their Production Plan on daily basis.

To keep customer satisfy by giving them quick response, respect commitment & Maintain Production plan.

Ensure Factories to Conduct Per Production Meeting in Practice.
Trouble Shooting in any Critical Situation with perfect solution.
Monitoring on Q/A Team Random Inspection / In line During Production which is better to avoid any surprise at the end.

Very Good Communication Skills.
Can Handle All respective division including Knits, Denim & Non Denim Etc.
Being a personal Experience to involve in All commercial Resources like Outsource Printing , Embroidery, Dyeing Houses etc, i can confidently discuss & Coordinate with  factory Management for Trouble Shooting & rectify daily production Issues.
