I am Librarian in Private University. my jds is Manage and train circulation staff, coordinate access services operations including scheduling and performing duties at ‘Ask Us’ and ‘Check-out’ desks. •                   Ensure quality customer services in compliance with the policies and procedures. •                   Manage and maintain membership database by creating membership records/entries, receiving, and processing reserves and locating library material requests, helping users in benefitting from the library facilities and services. •                   Supervise and schedule shelf-reading activities for the maintenance and organization of library collections. •                   Support public services in conducting library orientation and instructions.
