Kashif Hussain

I am Kashif Hussain, a very hyper-active Principal of a branded franchised School 'The Educator' located in the urban slums of Karachi, Pakistan. My characters are: I am an initiator, ideas giver, have creative and aesthetic sense. I want to make a deeper change in the students, I focus on the students in their concepts making for this I frequently take workshops for development in my teachers. My awards are zero because I never got a single award in my life yet. Not because I was the dumbest, I was not guided and coached by any teacher properly. However, after experiencing 18 years in the field of Education, Training and Consultantship, I am a person like Einstein. I can make normal grades into marginal grades. I am a tough person anybody would have. I am not admiring myself, this is not a self-recommendation, in fact the people around me have seen an effect and affect of studies, activities and the methodologies. I have done MBA, then MBA and then MA English Literature. My goal is to be a Chancellor of the University or a Minister of Education so I could line up the propriety of the system. I have been here as a Principal and my achievements includes only 300+enrollments in total in 2.5 years. I have no complains since I have no resources but you know that I work best under limited or no resource. I am good in handling Multimedia, Computer automation, designing school banners, pamphlets, office supplies. I look after major financial, curricular, enrollments, marketing, procurement issues of the School, in short also a spokesperson of the school. Achievement: Exhibited the Science Exhibition in February 2018 in a slum and low privileged area.
