Suppliers to get the shipment clear at Port. • Supplier sourcing, price negotiations, opening of LC and Bank Contracts, updating of I form, processing of foreign payments, clearance of Shipments and processing of Duty & Taxes, arrangement of Transportation. • Ability to handle 30-40 shipments per month with Volume of 500 MTs. on average. • Major imports are from Germany, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, and Gulf Countries. • Handling of By Air shipments are beside to this. • Import materials include Raw Material of Textile Chemicals, Plant and Machinery related to Textile industry. • Aware of Pakistan Customs rules and HS code implementation. • Ability to resolve any issue arising, during the whole process. • Responsible to Explore, negotiate and procure local Raw Material, majorly Textile Chemicals with volume of 300 MTs per month for worth Rs. 60 million in monetary terms. • Ensure timely availability of various materials and services as required by other departments • Sourcing of appropriate vendors and suppliers of local and/or foreign origin who could offer their services and negotiate the best possible terms.
