Recently I am working in UHRS as HR Officer. My main responsibilities are related to conduction full recruitment cycle from start to end. Starting from gathering CVS, analyzing, calls, test conduct, arranging final interviews and then giving the employee to training department. Also handling medical claims of the employee and changing their status when required.
