Established responsive and cost-effective Procurement and Supply Chain teams (30+ members) in the Public sector Hospital (250 Beds,) for Procurement, Warehousing and Distribution of: Equipment, Medicines, Medical/Surgical Consumables, Services, Engineering Equipment/supplies etc. Have effectively executed 100+ Annual Framework Agreements through formal Tenders under the guidelines of Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) rules, including: Requirement analysis, budgeting, formal bidding approval/floatation, Bidding document/Evaluation criteria, relevant committee meetings, Technical/Financial evaluation, Negotiation, Award and Contract establishment. Successfully implemented result-oriented Structure, Policy & Procedures and ERP modules of Procurement and Inventory for the Institute, under the guidelines of KP-PPRA rules.
