Major Responsibilities:
• To ensure the construction, fabrication, and erection of the following 2 X 660 MW Boiler components as per the
Quality Control and Quality Assurance standards and following the compliance of all EHS procedures and
protocols.
• Sofa Burners, Super Heater, Re-Heater, Economizers, Valves, Air preheater, Pumps, High-pressure critical piping.
• Follow KKS codes for equipment and review plant system diagrams and recommend appropriate changes
as required at the site.

United Energy Pakistan Limited (UEPL) Oil and Gas Industry.

Fabrication, Erection, and Installation of Piping, Structure, Valves, and Fittings for the following projects:
Sales Gas Compressors, Flow Lines, Slug Cather, Mini-Blow Case, Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Condenser
(Coolers) etc.

Achievements:
• Preparation of site QA/QC Plan.
• QA/QC documentation of plant piping construction as per ASME pressure piping codes: B31.1 Power Piping, B31.3 Process Piping, B31.4 Pipeline Transportation Systems for Liquid Hydrocarbons, B31.8 Gas Transmission and Distribution Piping Systems.
• Worked on codes involved in material specifications such as API - American Petroleum Institute Standards, ASTM American Society of Testing Materials, ASME Piping Components Standards, etc.
• QA/QC documentation and welding inspection at United Energy Pakistan Limited (Oil and Gas Industry) following WPS 004, WPS 001, Welding Procedure Specification for piping and structure welding
• ENTS 102, ENTS 400 codes and standards for Surface preparation.
• Facilitated HSE audits and implemented action plans for items that surfaced from the audit findings.
• Assisted project manager in making sure the progress at the site following the new drawing revisions and project quality plan.
• Participated in meetings and discussions with clients and contractors regarding issues.
• Monitored contractors to ensure timely and economic performance in accordance with company requirements.
• Carried out Investigation, Closeout & Improvement of Non-Conformance Report (NCR).
• Prepared TRA (Task Risk Assessment) for critical job activities.
• Enforced safety standards and discipline on site, introduced changes whenever necessary, as subtly as possible, to avoid disrupting existing processes.
