It's been one month since completion of my house job. During 1 year of house job, I rotated in cardiology in which i learn the management of cardic patient, cardic emergency and life saving procedures such as Defibrillation , Temporary pace maker , CVP lines and Endotracheal intubation. After that I have rotated for 3 months in general medicine where i performed OPDs and ward duties along with duties at high dependency unit. I have good management in dealing medical emergency along with inpatent care. I have good  hand on clinical procedures such as Iv cannulation, pleural and ascitic tap, lumber puncture. I have also rotated in general  surgery where I learned pre-op ane post-op management, surgical emergency and wound management. In last, I have rotated in radiology where i have good hand on experice of ultrasound ,ct scan and MRI.
